Most business owners believe a CRM will bring sales productivity,
The overcrowded CRM vendors are doing hyper marketing and over-promise their CRM will increase 30% sales.
Is it true?
I am an early adopter of CRM since 2008; you name any CRM in the market, at least I or my clients, or my friends have used it, however, I have not seen any productivity improvement. The worst thing is finally when the management wants a report we end up doing it in familiar excel sheets.
So, could we forgo CRM adoption in this digital era?
Not really? not an excellent advice
