At GreatWorks, we are building a network of experienced individual freelance consultants who work together to help organizations transform and improve results. These individual consultants all have senior executive level experience at world-class organizations, delivered results, and produced turnaround results. They bring in the valuable knowledge and skills to the table at affordable costs to the client organization.
Sales & Marketing
Ramesh has more than two decades of experience in Sales & Marketing. He has predominately worked with medium sized business and made significant contributions to those companies in acquiring some of the large accounts and improving revenue performances of those companies
Having seen the challenges faced by the Indian SMBs in hiring, training, inspiring sales talents, and realized that he could make enduring contributions to the SMB sales process, he co-founded GreatWorks. He is on a mission to produce more young sales talents, create high-performance sales champions and help individuals and companies to succeed and grow.
He is also a Director in Anandham foundation a social service organization supporting hundreds of underprivileged students to get higher education.
Entrepreneur
Selva is a successful serial entrepreneur, a Visionary Leader, a most sought out keynote speaker in TV Medias and Educational Forums. Hailing from a remote village of Tamilnadu, with education as the only asset he started Maruthi Group of companies 25 years ago. Today. Maruthi Group companies - Maruthi Power Control Systems, Maruthi Solar, and Maruthi CCTV are leaders in its respective domain serving more than 50,000 customers across Tamilnadu State. The group has handled some of the large scale reference implementations and also setting the benchmark in serving its customer base.
Being made himself successful, his drive to do something back to the society was born Anandham Youth Foundation, a social service organization providing 100 % scholarship for underprivileged rural students to get Higher Education. Anandham is supporting 382 students to get higher education and many of them had completed their education and been well placed in MNCs. He and his team have helped countless families to come out of the poverty cycle permanently.
