This is a simple daily sales report for sales and telesales team.
This sheet looks simple but effective in measuring the key parameters of the telesales teams. We have used this with many of our clients and find it to be very effective because of its simlicity. . GreatWorks wanted to bring this to the benefit of the business community.
How to use this – step by step
Step1: download and save the local copy
Step-2: Change the dates corresponding to the date & month you use
Step 3: Delete all the dummy data filled in the sheet. This is shown as an example.
Step-4: Change any parameters according to your organizational needs
Tips :
A piece of advice, don’t add too much of metrics and confuse the Tele- callers. The best practice is 5 to 7 metrics that are most critical to thier job that can lead to the result should be measured.
A Tele- caller should spend about 5 minutes maximum in filling the report,
The Target vs. Achievement metrics will come automatically
Step -5: Tele- callers should fill particular date metrics in the rows and ask them to share the screenshot
