Recently, I attended a training program, a high-octane event.

The trainer was full of energy, starting with the usual dramas, he asked us to shout, we shouted, asked us to dance, we danced, asked us to pat on our back and we did.

End of the program, everyone was full of energy, brimming with confidence. I was looking like Virat Kholi pumping with energy, felt my life was forever changed, and told myself I am going to live a different life, only to find after three days all those confidence oozed out

Buzzzzz… like a flat tire

Do training programs is worth spending, if not the money at least our time.
